- Food: Almond chicken mousse ravioli served on a chamomile lemon cream with a fresh lime and basil oil

- Food: Seared lamb with lavender and white pepper kipfler potatoes and a blackberry and blueberry anise jus

- Wine: Keyneton Euphonium
- Food: Sage, black pepper and bay leaf marinated venison served with a rhubarb and plum compôte on top of a blackcurrant linguini
