How does the show work?
Volunteers from the audience participate in a series of hilarious show segments on stage, which are guided by two fantastic comedian hosts.
Do you have to go on stage?
Not at all, you can sit back and enjoy the show without getting involved.
How do I put my name down to go on stage?
Speak to the door staff who will point you in the right direction. Someone will take down your information and do our best to get you involved.
Do people attend on their own?
Absolutely! Plenty of people will be at the event on their own so don’t let that stop you.
Do you have to be single?
We recommend singles attend but if you want to come down and spectate, that’s not a problem. Maybe find a single friend and be their ‘wingman’.
What is the gender ratio at the events?
We do our best to have a balanced ratio at our events. Surprisingly, we have a higher turnout of ladies, so we strongly encourage the fellas to come down.
What is the age bracket?
It’s an 18+ all-ages event. Each event varies but predominantly 25 – 50 years of age.

All Sunday Singles transactions incur a booking fee of $3 per ticket. Earlybird tickets available until 06/03/24 or until allocation is exhausted, whichever comes first.

Online ticketing will close four (4) hours prior to show time on the day of the event. After this time, tickets will be available for purchase on the door, unless sold out prior. The Sit Down Comedy Club is licensed – strictly no admittance to people under 18 years of age. Performer line up is correct at time of publication, however is subject to change without prior notification and at the discretion of management. Filming may be occurring in the venue for this performance. Seating allocated by SDCC depending on booking group sizes and order of bookings. PLEASE NOTE: You may be seated at a table with other booking groups.
